Human Resources Coordinator
We are currently seeking a part-time human resources professional to join our growing team. This position would be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and placing talent throughout our firm for a variety of positions. Qualified candidates must be excellent communicators and possess some experience in the HR and/or recruiting field.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma and College degree or similar education in the human resources field is required.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Professional experience required in human resources and/or recruiting
- Possess good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with all levels of the firm
- Basic understanding of State and Federal employment laws
- Adhere to a part-time schedule (approximately 24 hours per week), with the possibility for increased hours during peak hiring seasons.
GENERAL DUTIES
- Update and maintain job descriptions for a variety of positions firm-wide
- Develop ads for recruitment purposes and post openings accordingly
- Maintain accurate and complete records of applicants for a variety of positions
- Coordinate and participate in new Team Member recruitment, interview and selection activities, and orientation.
- Assist upper management with projects as assigned
- Coordinate and organize onboarding and offboarding methods across multiple departments and offices
- Advise senior management on candidate selection; conduct and analyze exit interviews; recommending changes.
- Assist in continue education planning and initiatives firm-wide
