Human Resources Coordinator

We are currently seeking a part-time human resources professional to join our growing team. This position would be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and placing talent throughout our firm for a variety of positions. Qualified candidates must be excellent communicators and possess some experience in the HR and/or recruiting field.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • High School diploma and College degree or similar education in the human resources field is required.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Professional experience required in human resources and/or recruiting
  • Possess good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with all levels of the firm
  • Basic understanding of State and Federal employment laws
  • Adhere to a part-time schedule (approximately 24 hours per week), with the possibility for increased hours during peak hiring seasons.

 

GENERAL DUTIES

  • Update and maintain job descriptions for a variety of positions firm-wide
  • Develop ads for recruitment purposes and post openings accordingly
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of applicants for a variety of positions
  • Coordinate and participate in new Team Member recruitment, interview and selection activities, and orientation.
  • Assist upper management with projects as assigned
  • Coordinate and organize onboarding and offboarding methods across multiple departments and offices
  • Advise senior management on candidate selection; conduct and analyze exit interviews; recommending changes.
  • Assist in continue education planning and initiatives firm-wide
