We are currently seeking a part-time human resources professional to join our growing team. This position would be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and placing talent throughout our firm for a variety of positions. Qualified candidates must be excellent communicators and possess some experience in the HR and/or recruiting field.
High School diploma and College degree or similar education in the human resources field is required.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Professional experience required in human resources and/or recruiting
Possess good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with all levels of the firm
Basic understanding of State and Federal employment laws
Adhere to a part-time schedule (approximately 24 hours per week), with the possibility for increased hours during peak hiring seasons.
Update and maintain job descriptions for a variety of positions firm-wide
Develop ads for recruitment purposes and post openings accordingly
Maintain accurate and complete records of applicants for a variety of positions
Coordinate and participate in new Team Member recruitment, interview and selection activities, and orientation.
Assist upper management with projects as assigned
Coordinate and organize onboarding and offboarding methods across multiple departments and offices
Advise senior management on candidate selection; conduct and analyze exit interviews; recommending changes.
Assist in continue education planning and initiatives firm-wide
