Temporary Administrative Positions

Both Full-Time Temp and Part-Time Temp Positions Available in multiple locations!

Scheffel Boyle is now hiring Temporary Administrative Office Assistants and Data Entry Assistants for the upcoming tax season. Hours will vary by office and may include a mix between daytime hours, evenings, and Saturdays. All seasonal positions begin in mid-to-late January and end in mid-April of 2019. These positions are great for those wanting seasonal employment, or for job seekers and professionals looking for resume material and/or office experience.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Data entry
  • Basic computer skills required, Excel experience preferred
  • Answering phones and greeting clients
  • General clerical duties (copying, faxing, typing, filing, etc.)
  • Providing excellent customer service for clients
  • Assisting in a variety of administrative tasks for office.
