The FOCUS Internship Program is designed for driven college students seeking a meaningful, hands-on experience in public accounting. This is far more than a coffee-fetching internship — you’ll work directly with our professionals and clients, gaining real-world exposure to the audit process and the dynamic environment of a CPA firm.
From day one, you’ll be mentored by experienced team members at every level — including Accountants, Supervisors, Managers, and Principals — who are committed to helping you grow. You’ll receive specialized training and guidance as you navigate audit season and tackle complex financial challenges.
We understand the importance of your education, which is why we offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your class commitments. With seven offices across Southern Illinois, you can choose the location that works best for you.
