Meet The Team

Brian is currently a Principal in Scheffel Boyle’s Belleville office and first began working in public accounting in 1989. Throughout his extensive career, he has worked closely with clients in a wide range of industries. He specializes in audit services and tax planning and preparation for small business entities, financial institutions, and governmental bodies. Brian is also the leader of Scheffel Boyle’s Financial Institutions service niche and has years of experience working with banks and credit unions of all sizes.

Brian grew up in St. Libory, IL and still lives in town today. He is an avid hunter and, when tax season subsides, enjoys spending time outdoors and attending as many St. Louis Cardinals games as possible. The thing he loves most about his job is helping small businesses with tax planning to avoid costly mistakes. Brian enjoys working with the variety of clients he takes care of and being able to see them succeed because of his involvement.
