Meet The Team

Howard has been with Scheffel Boyle since 1983 and is a manager in the Highland office. As an A&A Reviewer, Howard is responsible for all facets of audit and assurance engagements for his clients. Due to his professional acumen, Howard has been a featured speaker at various training sessions for governmental treasurers, presents continuing education courses to his fellow staff at Scheffel Boyle, and was even named a “Top Accountant” in 2014 by St. Louis Small Business Monthly.

In addition to serving his clients, Howard is also very active in the local community and generously donates his time and services to a variety of local organizations. He has been a valuable member of the Financial Committee for St. Paul Church in Highland, serving as its Chairman since 2003, and also serves as Treasurer of the Board for the St. Paul School Educational Foundation. In addition, due to his presence in the local community, Howard was named “Chamber Person of the Year” in 2004 by the Highland Chamber of Commerce.
